Knots...

Ja Ja Ja Music compared us to Dan Michaelson. And I was like: "Dan, who?" Followed by: "I'd better check it out". Not surprisingly I really like it (and this video is rather cool):

Ich kann ohne Band leben, ohne Staat, aber nicht ohne dich...

It's Sunday and I'm listening to lovely love songs:

Locas In Love - Manifest by Christian76

And thanks very much to P6 Beat for playing "Crank it up", yay :-). And thanks very much to Sonar, too (check out and listen to that playlist, if you've got the time, it's immensely cool!).

Jeg liker deg best for du ligner på min far...

Hehe, gotta love lyrics like that and it's a very catchy song, too (just found it over at It's a Trap, Razika playing "Vondt i hjertet"):

Gewöll...

Still working on the German music-thing. So I've spent the afternoon making a Spotify playlist called "Tocotronic... (the best of)". And listening to a lot of Locas In Love songs (first found over at Stytzer), they sound a bit like Malcolm Middleton (who apparently also plays the guitar on one album), Herman Düne and Yo La Tengo (in a pop version), so I like it very much! Check this out (there's a pretty cool cover of "Ace Of Spades"):

And thanks very, very much to: Seeks Music, Korn und Sprite, The Mad Mackerel and Ja Ja Ja Music. We love it :-)!

Thank you!

If you feel like it, you can vote for us over at the 405 (that's also the reason why "Crank it up" is now up on our Soundcloud, if you'd like a download too :-)). And thanks so much to the bloggers: Der impuls, Musik Mig Blidt, Fensepost, Hits In The Car, Søren, Pasaje Alternativo, The Janglebox, Indiehere, It's a Trap, The Wounded Jukebox and ElectricMustache. And thanks to petrAlogy for playing it.

And we celebrated a bit last night, so thanks very much to Bakers at dawn for playing, The Olsen Twins for DJing, Din Nye Ven for hosting the party and the lovely audience for showing up and eating some solæg!

And I'm extremely tired, but who cares, Brøndby just beat FCK :-).

One, two, three...

Fuck it, I love this song and video! Bob Hund: Harduingetmankandansatill?:

And the new Mellemblond called "Elastisk" is pretty awesome too! And this one ("Billig") by Mediengruppe Telekommander ("wir wollen alles kaputt kaufen")! Anything else? Not much, but that's cool. Tomorrow rehearsing for our release and etc. etc. thing on Saturday.

Crank it up...

Yes! Video! It's for a song called "Crank it up", which we recorded this summer. Pretty sad, pretty much lo-fi and folky, and it won't be included on the album, which we've leisurely begun recording. So it's sorta the intermezzo between the EP and the album. And it looks like this:

Thanks very, very much to Tristan Dupuis (the drawings) and Mads Junker (making the video)! And, of course, Line Felding, who plays the cello and sings a bit too. And thanks to the friends and passersby, who gave a helping hand.

Cool week...

Underlyd nominated us for a few awards. P6 played us again. Tomorrow a bit of rehearsing and I'm taking the day off Friday. And Saturday this (I'm looking so much forward to it!):

Sing Sing

I've been studying (and working) the last couple of days. German music and poetry. So I've been listening a lot to this one (very cool lyrics!):
