Awwww...(part three)

What a lovely weekend! Rehearsing on Friday, followed by a concert at Ungdomshuset. And Saturday and Sunday spent on relaxing and finishing "The Finkler Question". I kinda enjoyed it, but it's a trifle long for a novel without a "real" plot and two of the main characters are the most obnoxious persons I've read about in ages, so it ain't no must-read. And I've been listening to this too (thanks Stytzer):

Boeing 737...

The new album from The Low Anthem streaming here. If nothing else go listen to "Boeing 737" (I'm kinda looking at CJ and Søren here, as I'm thinking that they might like it rather a lot!!!).

The City Kill...

...and Papir playing cover versions of Stooges and Yo La Tengo. Pretty goddamn cool (and loud!) combo, so we had a few beers and danced a bit at the Red Tape House Party yesterday. So knackered like whatnot today, though that might also be due to watching and celebrating St. Pauli's 3-1 win at Bodega 54. Brilliant place, btw, cheap beer, Mexikaner-shots and cool music (they played this one, for instance):

Elevator To Hell...

Been a while. But we've been rehearsing! And yay, it's gonna be cool, apparently I've written a song that sounds like Nirvana or TOOL (though I find it kinda hard to believe :-))!

And photoshoot tomorrow!

And we've recorded the guitars and the vocals for two demos, a song called "Elinore (blues for the tormented generation)" and a cover of this one:
